NNTPGrab

- Added a check to verify that this version of NNTPGrab can communicate with the Online Search service
- Added authentication for the Online Search service (the username/password are hardcoded for now)
- Disabled automatic MD5 calculation during the decode as it's unused for now
- Updated ChangeLog
- Updated translations
Changes in the Qt frontend
- Implemented restarting of items
- Don't trigger a configuration change on startup
- Opening folders/files wasn't working on Win32. Hopefully fixed
- Open the global download folder when the user wants to open a folder on a collection of which no files have been downloaded from yet
