Some more .spec file fixes which are required before this package will be
accepted into Fedora ( https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=427034#c3 ) :
- Removed the %post{,un} scriptlets for the plugins subpackage
 Removed README file from %doc as it is a zero-byte file
- Removed the .la file from the -devel subpackage
