- Fixed a possible deadlock caused by the PAR2 code (both nntpgrab-0.5 and trunk branches)
- Started on the embedded webserver plugin (which requires libmicrohttpd and php-embed)
- Added a new ./configure option: --disable-ssl
- Made the PAR2 repair and automatic unpack work with the new plugin architecture...

- Prevent an invalid free

The progress bar in the PAR2 tab could get stuck when an unexpected error occurs while
performing a PAR2 recovery. Details about the error will be shown in the NNTPGrab 0.6 branch.
The NNTPGrab 0.5 branch will only show an 'Unexpected error occured during repair' message

When performing a PAR2 verify, this assertion error could appear:
process_message: assertion `sscanf(end, "damaged. Found %d of %d data blocks.", &file->num_blocks_found, &file->num_blocks_expected) == 2' failed
This should now be fixed

In some rare situations, the schedular could get paused with this message:
nntp.c:1263 tmpfile() FAILED: Invalid file descriptor
This should be resolved now
