Description

We use this for our telenet line, which is 120mbps (in theory 15MB/s or 15360kb/s), when downloading I try to remain 1MB/s for other surfing, but the maximum limit is set to 10.000kb/s.

I've changed it myself in nntpgrab_gui.ui and .glade, but somethings is odd.
I was using 0.6.2, without bandwidth limiting is was downloading at 13-14mb/s, if I upgrade to 0.7.2 the maximum speed is 8.4mb/s (I checked this with xnetload to confirm the difference).

After downgrading again to 0.6.2, the download speed was back up.

So I've modified that version (0.6.2), and it works fine and bandwidth limiting changed.
Is there a hardcoded maximum speed in version 0.7.2?

Anyway, keep up the good work you guys are doing with nntpgrab!
