Description

Download progress starts at 9%, rather than 0%. Note that this happens even where the download is queued and hasn't actually started yet. I've enabled the Don't download PARs unless needed option, so I guess it's a side effect of this?

V 0.6.90 BETA
OSX 10.6.4

    It is because the par2 files are "Skipped".
    So when PAR2 files are 20MB and the collection is 100MB.
    You start at 20%.
