Description

following happens on a gentoo linux box using nntpgrab 0.6.9.
download starts as expected, after completion repair will fail with the following message:

Error: par2cmdline aborted unexpectedly

at first i thought maybe the intelligent par2 downloader could be the problem but after it was disabled the same error keeps popping up.

Commit 1682 introduced a regression where the par2 repair would always fail on Linux environments
where the original par2cmdline is used (instead of par2_tbb). Should be fixed now. Fixes #52. Refs #39

Could you please try to execute the following command manually and attach all the output of it to this bugreport:
par2 r -t0 "/mnt/data/Misc/NNTPGrab/Download/hiren-1/Hiren'sBootCD9.5.par2" "/mnt/data/Misc/NNTPGrab/Download/hiren-1/"*.*

Well,

par2 had a very short answer, useful though:

Invalid option: -t0

    A new Gentoo package has just been published containing the fix for this bug. Please perform the following commands to install the new package:
    layman -S
    emerge nntpgrab

    New Ubuntu packages containing the fix for this bug have also been published
