Web interface very slow when large number of downloads in queue

Description

The web interface is impossibly slow to use, when there are a large number of NZBs in the queue to download. This seems to be due to the refresh - because its taking a long time to process one refresh (the browser freezes while this happens), the next refresh happens too quickly after this, so the browser stays frozen much of the time, making the web interface unusable.

Perhaps a manual refresh button, instead of an auto refresh would fix this, or a configurable refresh time. Or a background refresh perhaps. Or action dependant on the size of the queue.....
